As a Product Manager - Merchant Solutions, you will be involved in creation a brand-new, revolutionary offering on the Italian market.
**Your responsibilities**:
- estimate business potentials and draw structured conclusions to prepare convincing & competitive strategies for merchant-focused solutions
- utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end user experience across available channels and touch points
- create requirements, prepare documentation, build flows and user journeys for merchant services and payment processing
- collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, including the development team, internal and external partners, merchants, and management - present product progress and impediments
- continuously search, research, test and evaluate innovative payment solutions and market trends including regulatory changes that affect product offering
- gather feedback from merchants, clients, employees & stakeholders to continuously improve merchant offering and processes
**Requisiti**:
**Your experience and skills**:
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience working as a Product / Project Manager working with merchant services (online and at POS)
- degree in Product Management / Innovations / Business Administration, Product Manager Certificate, or similar
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze and define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for developers
- excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer-centric approaches with great communication and active listening skills
- demonstrated fluency in tools like MS Office, JIRA or Confluence, Figma or Miro would be a plus
- experience in working with cross-functional, international teams and leading projects to delivery
