Dolce Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity, within the new in-house Beauty Division based in the HQ in Milan.We are currently seeking a Product Manager Make Up as part of our amazing team Global Marketing Team in Milan, reporting to the Marketing Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Complete ownership of a multi-category product line (including budget) · Support with building competitive marketing plans through strategic market analysis, consumer insights, identifying white spaces leading to product conceptualization, line-up proposal, positioning and pricing· Collaborate with the design team on elevated product and pack design· Lead multi-functional team through all the steps of product development from formula pack definition to AW delivery and quality control to ensure executional excellence, profitability and timely project delivery· Create and deploy communication brief to the internal team· Lead the launch toolkit and delivery of the complete 360 launch plans tools from communication and PR to merchandising, e-commerce and education · Spokesperson and advocate for the product line with all the global functions and regional teams QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge)· Degree in Marketing, Business or Related Field· 3+ years of Global Marketing experience in a similar role· Fluent in English (written and oral conversation)WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:· Strategic- Planning, facilitation, creativity, problem analysis, decision making· Creativity and Innovation- Creativity, Business savvy, originality, intuition· Leadership and Personal- Motivating others, development of employees, communication, objectivity, integrity, dependability, initiative, flexibility, sensitivity, impact, tenacity, autonomy, collaboration· Business- Work-flow structuring, monitoring, product knowledge, automated office systems, multi-tasking, analytical, quantitative, organizational, detail-oriented, time management, budget management· Passion for make-up and keen eye for trends #J-18808-Ljbffr
