**Responsibilities**:
- Define the adequate Business Solution & Service marketing strategy ensuring growth and profitability for bioMérieux.
In particular, she will work with Marketing team members in order to position the Service and Business Solution offer including Myla/Lab Analytics and LPA.
- Ensure basics of services are implemented : price list for service, contract levels and service offer is done together with Equipment offer by the sales force and bioMérieux guidelines key ratio are respected (contract coverage-conversion
- renewal, etc.
); this activities will be implemented for Clinical and Industry.
- Ensure the successful launch of bioMerieux's new Vision Suite and drive the strategy in Adriatic Cluster countries in collaboration with PM/MM Bacteriology, IA and Molecular Biology on MAP definition for achieving strategic objectives (incl.
leading position on AMR/AMS)
- Support and contribute to the regular update of the tender dossiers and Marketing tools for Vision suite, Business Solutions and Service offering
- Be accountable for bioMérieux products life cycle management (VigiGuard, Observa, Labguard, customer communication etc.
)
**Requirements**:
- University Degree in a Scientific field (e.g.
Microbiology, Biology or Molecular Biology, or any other similar sector)
- At least 3 or 4 years of experience in business solutions and/or Marketing
- Fluent in English and Italian (any other language is a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good team player
- Availability to travel from time to time in the countries of the Cluster and/or France
