Job Summary: Ensuring support for the sales force to achieve turnover targets by applying specific and appropriate marketing strategies for own products.
This role guarantees continuous support to the Commercial Management in both pre-sales and post-sales activities to achieve company objectives.
In addition, clinical awareness and adoption of the Werfen solution increases in the local market through training courses, clinical/scientific events, and involvement with Key Opinion Leaders.
Key Accountabilities: Be responsible for the pre-sales planning of complex projects.
Support the sales process in defining the most suitable technical solutions to be presented to the customer by sharing the pre-sales design with other functions involved.
Conduct product training for field personnel and Product Specialists.
Engage in product promotion activities with customers.
Collaborate with the Line Manager in acquiring market needs useful for the development of the product or service.
Participate in meetings with the sales force and Customer Service to increase their knowledge.
Plan, organize (in collaboration with the communication team), promote, and actively participate in scientific events sponsored by Werfen (congresses, seminars, symposia).
Actively participate in scientific days and events (seminars, local days) to strengthen the company's image and promote products.
Maintain continuous contact with the sales office to monitor ongoing tenders.
Organize training sessions for Product Specialists, Area Sales Managers, and Sales Specialists.
Collect data on competitors and market needs to improve product positioning and penetration.
Networking / Key Relationships: To be defined based on the needs of the department, including relationships such as: Internal: Sales, Customer Services, Tenders, Offers, Logistics, Communication, Finance, QA, Administration, Human Resources.
External: Customers, Users, Suppliers, Opinion Leaders, Agencies.
Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required: Qualification: University Degree in Science or Engineering or a technically oriented field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the role, preferably in the in vitro diagnostics and/or medical sector.
Additional Knowledge: SAP, Office 365, English - Level B1/B2.
