Learn more at https://www.Jnj.Com/.ThePRODUCT MANAGER HEMATOLOGYwill be responsible for all the marketing initiatives, directly reporting to the Business Unit Head.The candidate will be in charge of: - Contributing to the overall development of a local brand strategy defining a Marketing Plan; - Actively participating to CVT (Country Value Team) bringing valuable contribution, in order to maximize the business opportunity and anticipate and clarify eventual local barriers; - Leveraging on thepatient journey to identifies the value pools and bring solutions - Identifying "place in therapy" in which the brand should add Value; - Developing promotional materials in alignment with EMEA strategies; - Analyzing market trends and identifies opportunities and threats; - Developing marketing strategies using traditional and web communication tools; - Identifying motivational drivers and barriers per stakeholder group with a clear understanding of external environment and competitive dynamics; - Engaging with stakeholder groups with targeted messages through different interaction channels; - Interacting with Field Force to deeply understand customer needs and provides solutions; - Relationship withkey opinion leaders; - Contributing in the planning of product plans; - Ensuring the usage of CRM system to communicate with clients and to promote our product.QualificationsScientific and Economics degreeMinimun of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing is requiredBackground in Hematology and/or Onco-hematology areas is preferred); Biology or other Life Science or Economics or equivalent; Master preferred;English and Italian FluentOther skills and abilities: - Previous international experience preferred; - Experience in thetherapeutic area is a plus; - Customer focus; - Strong Leadership; - Business Acumen; - Project Management & Team working; - Negotiation and influencing skills; - Able to work in amatrix organization; - Managing Complexity& Ambiguity; - High energy leveland entrepreneurial mindset; - Be able to work on your own and deliver on projects with "can do" attitude.This position is located inMilanand will require up to 30% domestic and/or international travel.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
