**Role purpose**:
A Digital Solution Product Manager develops go to market of compelling and profitable propositions for business customers.
He is owner of a specific product/service, he is a Vodafone business brand ambassador and his main objective is to design offers on digital segment taking into consideration the customer's journey experience.
He knows his product/service performance, follows the pipeline updates and influences the market.
The Product Manager focuses on activities that determine pricing and positioning, he is the one bringing inspiration and he has to communicate both internally and externally how to sell and to scale up revenues through innovation and cross selling.
Product/service line: Vodafone Analytics.
Vodafone Analytics is a platform developed to offer insights to your business and extract value from data.
The solution works using Big Data and by analysing telecommunications data based on user geolocation and behaviours and is delivered by working with our insights and visualisation partners.
Currently the solution is focused on 2 main verticals: Retail and Tourism.
The PM is the budget owner for his product/services.
He reports to the Digital Solutions Marketing Manager and has to be able to interact with top management.
Success will be measured against the delivery of services, revenue, profit and customer satisfaction in all direct channels from large corporate customers to public sector customers.
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Fully accountable for delivery of service, revenue, profit and product-related customer satisfaction
- Understand Budget logic and find offers to reach the target
- Churn control and campaign prevention
- Identify new revenue stream to reach growth objectives identifying new vertical propositions
- Design business cases for the offer launch
- Monitor sales performance and chose GTM strategies to succeed
**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
- 3 years+ relevant professional experience on product management in ICT
- Fluent English and Italian
- Experience on Enterprise products/services.
- Understanding new digital trends
- Identifying Business Customer need for digital transformation
- Strong communications skills, comfortable interfacing with different audiences of varied levels of seniority
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
- Graduated (Economics, Engineering, Computer Science)
