- Independently manage the assigned product portfolio in all phases of the product life cycle
- Go to market in collaboration with the sales and marketing managers
- Developing and implementing a global assortment and pricing strategy
- Analyzing quantitative and qualitative market data and consumer behavior
- Manage Research Projects with third-party agencies
- Development of positioning and communication strategies in collaboration with the communication department
- Development of customized placement systems, POS materials and category management guidelines for the relevant sales markets and channels in collaboration with the shopper marketing department
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Completed Bachelor or Master in Business Administration
- 3-4 years of professional experience in an analog position ideally in the food or consumer goods industry
- Passion for our products and their development
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and strategic way of thinking
- Very good English and Italian language skills, German skills are of advantage
