Product Manager - Gipo (100% remote-friendly within Italy) Full-time Do you want to work for the largest Healthcare platform in the World?

We run a service that allows 90 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor and we currently have 20 million bookings per month.
Gipo is the most widely used PMS (Patient Management System) among medical centers in Italy.
In 2020, Gipo became part of the Docplanner Group, embracing a mission to simplify the lives of doctors, managers, and receptionists through seamless, automated, and intelligent processes.
We are looking for a proactive Product Manager who excels in both strategic vision and practical execution.
Key Responsibilities: Define and set key results for the Gipo Core product team in cooperation with the Product Lead, develop the product strategy and roadmap ensuring that it achieves set goals.
Create and maintain a backlog of initiatives, executing these through experimentation, data analysis, and validation of hypotheses and business cases.
Develop product and functional requirements using Agile methodologies and wireframes, ensuring they are backed by user/customer insights.
Collaborate closely with Tech, Customer Success, Help Desk, Product Expert, and Marketing teams to gather feedback, evaluate it, and roadmap the highest value activities.
Ensure developed features meet expectations before they reach the production environment.
Build and support the creation of product documentation from a functional and behavioral perspective together with our Product Experts team.
Monitor progress and manage rollout of new features, keeping teams aligned on product status.
Work with other Product Managers from different areas to balance business goals and customer needs.
Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of experience in product management (ideally B2B), with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to make informed product decisions.
Excellent organization skills with a good understanding of Agile or Shape-Up development processes.
Strong customer focus, with the ability to identify and prioritize goals to drive product engagement.
Excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English and native Italian.

We offer: Salary range between 50.000 and 60.000 gross euros per year, based on your experience and skills.
