Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Manager to join our international team and play a key role in the development and success of our products.
The Product Manager holds a strategic focus, looking at the big picture and aligning the product with the company's overall vision, market needs, and competitive landscape.
He is responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to launch and beyond.Location: Italy - Genova – Roma - TriesteActivities ResponsibilitiesDefine and prioritize product features based on user needs and market research.Create and maintain the product roadmap.Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.)
to deliver features on time and within budget.Gather and analyze user feedback to improve the product.Track and measure product performance using key metrics.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.Experience working in an agile environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Jira, Confluence).Professional English.
