Role Overview As a Product Manager for Smart Glasses at EssilorLuxottica, you will collaborate with a dynamic Product team to drive the vision and execution of our wearable technology, working together to shape the future of innovation in this space.
You will support identifying long-term opportunities, develop strategies, and guide product roadmaps that align with broader organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities: Drive Customer-Centric Product Development: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver on the product vision, ensuring each project meets its milestones and quality standards.
Generate cross-organizational buy-in and consensus, ensuring the customer remains at the heart of product design and strategy.
Drive User Testing and Validation: Lead the preparation and organization of User Testing and Validation across the entire Product Development process with both internal and external stakeholders.
