**Posizione:**:The Product Manager EMEA (PCMO/MCO) is the product specialist within his/her business segment, understanding customer's current and future requirements and the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products.
He/She implements/adapts the (PCMO/MCO) product portfolio according to the global guidance.
He/She inputs to the global Product Innovation process and develops the regional ones considering regional and country specificities.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**Product Portfolio Management**
Leads and drives changes to manage the EMEA PCMO MCO Product portfolio to ensure PLI sustainable growth in these market spaces; this involves proactively managing the portfolio together with Marketing & Sales teams ensuring its alignment with regional/country strategy and customer needs.
Project managing a cross functional team with different priorities to reach the agreed results.
Support effective PLM management performing periodic PCMO MCO product portfolio reviews to refresh, introduce new product profile/specifications or delete irrelevant product profile/ specs including cost effectiveness review.
**Market Awareness**
Maintain awareness and outlook of automotive plans at country/regional level, trends and technology assessing competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation (working together with the local teams) and evaluating local requirements
Aware of the automotive trends, able to forecast market demand from a product perspective and recommends and maintains and manages the quality of the portfolio
Uses market intelligence to drive competitive edge and ability to build up the right product baskets as per the target industries
**Product Knowledge**
Has the ability to plan long and short-term goals that support the business and its sustainability through product offerings
**Teamwork & Project management**
Collaborate cross functionally to drive global agenda and assist sales teams as a contributor to business goals
**Requisiti:**:**Education**:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
- Excellent English knowledge is mandatory, any other language is considered as an advantage.
**Competencies/Skills**:
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Experience in a business that delivers its product through a multi-channel approach would be an advantage.
- Team player, being able to work in a structured and disciplined way.
- Experience in competitive and technical marketing of both consumer and industrial products.
- High degree of personal impact and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong networking skills, both inside and outside of the country.
- Attention to details.
Be able to effectively develop and review marketing plans and evaluate revenue investment and business proposals.
