This pivotal role focuses on driving the development and market positioning of our CNC simulation software products, NCSIMUL and SIMNC. Tasks in detail: Define the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for NCSIMUL and SIMNC, aligning with market demands, technological advancements, and the strategic goals. Manage and prioritize the Agile Release Trains (ARTs) for our digital twin products, ensuring the timely delivery of high impact features. Foster strong relationships with customers, machine vendors, and technology partners to drive innovation in CNC machining. Spearhead the creation of advanced applications leveraging our NEXUS cloud platform, integrating automation and AI to elevate CNC simulation and digital twin technologies. Conduct market and domain research to understand customer challenges and opportunities, guiding the development of features that address these needs. Enhance the capabilities of our technical pre-sales, service, and support teams by sharing your expertise in digital twin technologies, CNC machining, and post-processing. Requirements: 3 years of proven experience with Digital Twins for CNC Machines, including expertise in post-processing and machine kit setup. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally with experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Ideally hands-on experience and background in building high-quality machine kits and post processors. Ideally background in CAM-Programming and CNC machining. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
