The role designed for you: In the role of Product Manager & Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of the Project and Product Management Team of èClose, the division that develops a revolutionary solution made with eco-compatible thermoformed cellulose, which allows the creation of secondary packaging typically made of disposable plastic (e.g. three-dimensional interiors for boxes and cases of perfumes, creams, etc.). This paper solution allows to respond to the innovation and sustainability needs of brands, especially luxury ones. In particular:
You will collaborate with customers (in partnership with the commercial team) to understand their needs and specific requirements of their product requests', in order to design new bespoke products and related technical data sheetsYou will manage customer requests, understanding technical feasibility and production timing, as well as developing related offers and quotations.You will enter orders on SAPYou will be responsible for planning and defining the timeline of product development up to samplingYou will work closely with the Production Team and the Technical Office to ensure the correct creation of bespoke products.You will support in the management of claims, in collaboration with the Quality Control OfficeYou will conduct market research and trend analysis to identify product development opportunities. The attitudes and skills we're looking for: You have a Degree in management engineering, Economy, or related fields You have previous experience in product development offices (paper industry or thermoformed sector will be a plus) or you have experience in customer service for customized productsYou have a strong customer orientation and ability to cooperate across departmentsYou are able to work under pressure and on different projects, prioritizing tasks and customers' needsYou are an High energy person, with a teamworking approach & excellent communication and people skillYou are creative, pro-active, highly motivated, and goal-oriented personYou are fluent in Italian and English; French will be considered a plus What you can expect from our selection process: Interview with HRBP Sales & Marketing, and the Product Manager.
