TheProduct Manager, as a Customer Journey Expert,is responsible for analyzing our customers' issues, prioritizing them based on business goals, and effectively conveying them to yourSquadCurrent Account. With them, he manage the end-to-end process of solution development, from conception to adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Generation of ideas for integration and improvement of the product conto corrente;
Definition and drafting of business specifications, supported by benchmanking analysis and business case;
Coordination of the work team and monitoring of the progress of the project in order to ensure delivery within the set deadlines;
Identification of selling points for marketing and communication activities;
Monitoring of the post-release phase and reporting of the results achieved
Competencies:
Master's or bachelor's degree, postgraduate or equivalent background in Economics, Management
Engineering and similar is desirable
3+ years of working experience in banking or financial services. Product Management / Current Account would be a plus
A remarkable knowledge of Banking/Current Account market is needed, including innovation trends, benchmark and competitors' overview
Soft Skills:
Customer focus with an eye for great UX/UI
Professional expertise/market focus
Fluent in English
