Job purposeAt Bridgestone South Region level for Consumer products - in particular Car and Motorcycle – reach our OP target and grow more than the market implementing and developing an effective Premium Product strategy with end-to-end approach, improving product awareness (internally and externally), enhancing sales product mix and supporting price positioning strategy.Implement an effective Product communication (internal, to dealers and to end-users) through digital and off-line tools.Provide Product intelligence analysis and sales tool in order to enhance decision taking and execution phase.Deploy Demand Planning providing the right tyre at the right time in the right place fully exploiting effective interaction with Logistic and Sales team.Main responsibilities E2E Product Launches Develop and execute E2E Product Marketing Plan and Launches according to Country/Channel characteristics in coordination with Bridgestone EMEA and Regional Departments.Product USP and Value proposition definition.Manage Internal and External communication in coordination with PR, Trade and Brand departments.Work closely with Business planning and Logistic departments in all the operations of new products planning/forecasting and availability.The window for BSEU over the BSSOR coordinating Central requests for a local GTM, follow up activities and reporting on main KPIs, attend at main events (To be the Champion of new Products).Support BSEMEA in NPP Gates.E2E Product Marketing & Premium mixGo to Market Capture market needs to consequently define the proper product GTM according to country/channel characteristics.Develop Premium and Mix strategy framework through "micro-mix" culture, management and tools in order to leverage on Product Power, lineup-expansion, OE and drive sales towards our goals.Ordertool customization per country/channel and results monitoring.Work closely with Business Planning , Pricing and Trade for PO Campaigns and Tactical actions: forecasting, price positioning definition Monitor and promote Product Mix sales performances during Key Products whole lifecycle.Product communication and training Implement an effective on-line (Newsletter, Media Plan, Marketing Automation, ecc) and off-line (brochure & product materials, POS materials, ecc) collaborating with BSEMEA, PR, Brand and Trade departments to support product awareness and knowledge targeting internal (BS Staff) and external (Dealers & Consumer) stakeholders Work closely with PR, Brand and Trade department to local and corporate events and shows/exhibition in order to enhance product awareness and power.Develop with Market Technical Team training session to internal and external audience (Sales Force, Internal Departments, Dealers, ecc) in order to assure proper product knowledge.Demand Planning Promote a lean and effective Demand Planning Process to predict demand at IPC-market level (PC4 and MC) for rolling 18 months on the basis of customers' RDD and provide the input for LSCM processes with a Customer Centric approach and in line with Corporate Strategy in coordination with SOR Departments (Business Planning, Sales, LSCM, Pricing, ecc).Coordinate demand planning input presentation to BSEU DP (DRM) and promote Forecast Accuracy improvements: KPIs monitoring, RCA and corrective actions.Product Marketing Intelligence Monitor competitors and market trends to capture opportunities and identify gaps on the basis of tyre market data (Europool, GfK, others), automotive insights (Gipa, Lizeo, others) and Competitors analysis (lineup/test, others).Develop and manage market research plan in order to enhance knowledge on market dynamics and future trends promoting reporting digitalization and automation.Spread internal market knowledge exploiting market intelligence reports providing up-to-date information and create effective analysis and reporting to provide sales argumentation E2E lineup management and order tools E2E lineup management aiming to reduce complexity of the market offer through customer centric approach in managing lineup/Pricelist/ecc (Rationalization and Simplification Projects) Ordertool implementation customized per country/channel with product, premium and mix focus leveraging lineup-expansion, OE through Micromix management culture Support logistic department in stock management, to favor availability and alternative IPC reducing SMDS through accurate planning and tactical actions Budget & MBP support During OB/MBP process contribute to Product marketing plan definition, provide accurate information and presentation materials to support corporate strategy and strategic initiatives turning product and market knowledge from units/MS to IPC-market level for all countries, PC4 & MC products.Support the Corporate Strategy deployment and the rolling meeting materials preparation (i.e.RBR) for content related to High Value Product and Demand Planning.Growth People & develop organization People development and empowerment to attract and retain talents building succession planning, granting biz continuity with Integrity and Compliance.Work Experience and Required capabilities University Degree major in Economics / Marketing / Statistics / Management Engineering / Business Administrations Minimum 5 years work experience in a multinational environment, preferably in Marketing fields (Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Intelligence, Business Planning, Strategy & innovation) Analytical skills: ability to integrate information from multiple sources to arrive at conclusions data driven with effective interaction and execution.Demand Planning and Forecasting techniques as a plus Able to build and communicate a strategy and a vision engaging Top-Management and Employee.Effective Presentation skills both in Italian and in English for external stakeholder (Dealer, Consumer) and internal at different level of Management.Effective interaction, Sales & Marketing knowledge, able to understand priorities and build effective execution plan to drive performance Teamwork and flexibility in working with and influencing cross functional teams, experience in large matrix organizations is a plus.Customer care approach and commercial sensitivity.People Management and coaching approach.Shows serious commitment to accountability and ownership, commitment to transparency, agility, flexibility.Fluent in Italian and English languages, both oral and written.Italian native language as a plus.Additional informations Willing to travel at least 15-20% of the time in Italy or abroad (countries part of the South Region, Brussels)
