Main Responsibilities: Analyze and define current product positioning in the assigned geography, according to Global Marketing Director guidelines. Develops key communication points for national and regional advertising campaigns. Review product portfolio composition, positioning, and timing at least twice per year to optimize business results. Own and update product information and their applications across HAS (Huber AgroSolutions) Organization and thus drive product/SKU management throughout the product life cycle across entire platform. Manage Product Management functionality in current system/CRM tool, setting up SKUs for sampling, sample request approval, setting up price lists, price request approval, etc. Lead product management and lifecycle analysis and execute product launch activities in the final phase in each designated geography, supported by the Product Training. Elaborate the inputs from Commercial Directors to suggest corrective actions in terms of product portfolio positioning in the assigned geography. Define regional pricing guidelines in terms of positioning price and minimum price by product line and share with Commercial Directors pricing information such as product costs, margins related to target price position and to minimum price. Discuss together with Global Marketing Director the commercial proposal from Commercial Directors for off-list prices (below minimum price) for customer contracts. Collaborate with Commercial Director, in drafting the sales budget by product line and in the forecast of the margin in the assigned geographical areas. Monitor the trend of sales, prices, and margins per product line, collaborating with Commercial Director to define corrective actions in the event of significant deviations from target. Define product information to be included in external communications/advertising materials to ensure market value is being captured and is properly positioned in each targeted application space. Make sure all products are compliant to regulatory requirements and registration in collaboration with Regulatory function. Requirements & Qualifications: University degree in Biology, Agronomy, Chemistry, or Business Management or proven to have such level through experience. 7+ years product, sales or marketing or experience in the agriculture industry. Experience with biostimulants is preferred. Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing and financial principles. Demonstrated experience in influencing without direct authority. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian and the ability to communicate ideas, instructions and information in a concise manner. Competency in the use of computers and software for business transactions, data analysis, and communication (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI or other packages). Demonstrated ability to build strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Strong "can do" work ethic, positive attitude and team mentality.
