Role Description: As our Acquisition Product Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Product and play a pivotal role in enhancing our market reach and optimizing customer acquisition across international arenas. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Roadmap Development: Own the acquisition and CRO product roadmap, spearheading the growth and effectiveness of this vital business function. Innovative Experimentation: Define and lead experiments, leveraging data to drive continuous optimization and innovation in customer acquisition. Collaborative Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison for marketing and acquisition teams, understanding and leveraging marketing technologies and channels to boost performance. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across departments to refine product requirements, support development requests, and facilitate new initiatives aimed at market expansion. Analytical Excellence: Analyze market data to identify opportunities for new features and improvements, ensuring decisions are backed by solid business value assessments. Agile Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize the product backlog, guiding the development team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Candidate Specification: Proven Industry Expertise: Must have a solid background in the gaming industry with specific experience in product acquisition and/or CRO. Data-Driven Mindset: Passion for data, analytics, testing, and experimentation is crucial. Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex data insights clearly and influence actions across the company.
