Product Manager

AziendaMultinational company leader in mechanical components (Manufacturing and Production) sector is looking for a Product Manager based in Monza's Plant (province).OffertaAs a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the product life cycle, from ideation to launch, including market research, competitor analysis, market positioning and requirements, roadmap development, in collaboration with other functions such as RD, Engineering, Sales Marketing.Responsibilities:Manage the needle bearings global business planning processes, supporting the sales organization;Analyze customer needs, market trends and identify growth potential;Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation;Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're met;Develop the go-to-market strategy across the global sales organization and multiple departments;Support the sales organization to execute the strategy and to develop the business;Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by the RD and engineering teams;Create product and go-to-market strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases requirements, sales potential, and ROI;Align stakeholders around the vision for the product, empowering the local organizations to be independent decision makers.Competenze ed esperienzaTechnical Skills Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Product Design or Engineering;At least 3 years of experience in a dynamic product management role;In-depth understanding of the manufacturing market;Good Microsoft Office knowledge;Fluent in English.Personal Skills Requirements:Excellent communication skills: written and verbal;Strong problem-solving and creative skills;Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams;Completa l'offertaPermanent contract, competitive package.Location: Monza province.
