Product Manager

Azienda Join a dynamic and innovative team! We are currently seeking a Product Manager for a leading multinational in the production and marketing of Medical Devices.
Job Description Responsibility for the core category, involving the maintenance of the current extensive portfolio and driving innovation for future developments.In-depth understanding of the pathology related to the category (training and self-study provided if necessary).Ownership of the innovation pipeline from a P&L standpoint, including business case elaboration, financials, launch targets, and KPIs aligned with company objectives.Completion of the product portfolio with novelties and initiatives within the next 2-3 years.Leadership in the New Product Development (NPD) process, ensuring alignment with industry trends and fostering strong engagement in local markets throughout the innovation journey.Development and execution of brand marketing plans to drive growth and profitability. Competenze ed esperienza Bachelor's degree in scientific disciplines, preferably followed by marketing/commercial training.Proven work experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong aptitude for interpersonal relationships.Results-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.Excellent organizational and managerial skills for planning and coordinating activities.Familiarity with market analysis tools and industry trends.Opportunity to work in a dynamic industry with substantial growth potential.Fluent written and spoken English proficiency Completa l'offerta Ottima opportunità di carriera.
