**Your impact**:
As a Product Manager, reporting directly to the **Group Product Manager **of the business unit, your role will focus on expanding and maintaining the integrations for BEE Pro, and eventually managing other integrations, through activities such as researching for partnership opportunities, delivering valuable integrations for our customers, and helping our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to improve acquisition and retention.

- Becoming an expert on BEE Pro and its customers, gaining a deep understanding of "why" they use BEE Pro.
- Becoming an expert on the market space, how it evolves, and how BEE Pro connects with its customer's needs.
- Collecting and analyzing product feedback from different sources, digging deeper to understand hidden jobs to be done, and documenting it to feed the product strategy.
- Exploring and documenting partnership opportunities, taking care of analyzing the value it provides to customers of both platforms, the business opportunity, and the functional requirements.
- Performing regular checks of the development progress and scope, supporting the design and development teams to solve blocking issues or clarify priorities.
- Working with the development team to manage product releases and technological updates.
- Working with the product marketing team to assist with technical product documentation and use cases.
- Measuring release impact and feature adoption.

- You have creative problem-solving skills and use them effectively to approach complex problems.
- You enjoy writing and specifically putting product ideas down on paper.
- You have a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, APIs, and web technologies.
- You're familiar with agile methodologies and have experienced first-hand the team dynamics between product & development.
- You're a good project manager, organizing your activities without supervision and not getting overwhelmed with heavy multitasking.
- You're a good listener who can set personal opinions aside.
- You're a team player who loves working with people and collaborating to reach collective goals, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- You speak and write in English clearly and effectively and know how to turn unstructured, "messy" information into quality, structured, coherent content.
