Position SummaryAs a Product Manager at Metrikflow, you will play a central role in defining and driving the roadmap of our products. You will collaborate closely with the founders and with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and sales—to deliver products that meet the needs of our customers and advance our vision.
The ideal candidate is customer-centric, data-driven, and thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment. Ideally, you have worked in sustainability/metrics-driven software companies before.
Tasks Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.Product Requirements: Write customer stories and product requirements files for the engineering team.Customer Insights: Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to understand customer needs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.Feature Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the product backlog using data-driven decision-making.Launch Management: Plan and execute product launches in coordination with marketing and sales teams.Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Requirements Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience in SaaS or technology industries.
