About The Role We are looking for a Product Manager to join our organisation focused on the Cleafy Console, the user facing part of our platform.
As a Product Manager of Console at Cleafy, you will partner with engineers and other parts of the organisation in ensuring that our users get maximum value out of Cleafy for their organisation.
You will own the Console end to end - discovering user problems and areas for improvement, then work with engineering and design to craft innovative solutions that meet those needs.
In this role you will also drive the go to market process for new features and capabilities with an understanding of the competitive landscape, value proposition and measures of success.
Responsibilities Together with the Product Director, develop the product vision, strategy and plan for the Cleafy ConsoleLead in-depth discovery in collaboration with your cross functional partners to understand user needs in their day to day tasks in fraud analysis Write relevant product briefs/PRD's to articulate the discovery learnings to other teamsDefine and measure KPI's related to user experience and successful use of the ConsoleCommunicate to the rest of the organisation to both collect feedback and and inform them on roadmapEngage directly with customers and users in identifying future opportunities Requirements 5+ years of product management experienceB2B enterprise software background focused on user experience Understanding of and worked closely with UX Experience in big data and analytics productsFraud/cyber background would be advantageousDemonstrated ability of independently delivering technology products end to endKnowledge of product development methodologies and best practicesExperience in data-led approaches to product work including A/B testing, user research, user testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis etcA proven ability of relationship building and collaboration with EngineeringExcellent English written and verbal communication skills Why you should join Cleafy: Hybrid or remote job.
