We are looking to recruit a new Product Manager to work in the area of our Electric Counterbalanced Trucks on location in Bologna, Italy, where we manufacture our Electric Counterbalanced Trucks.
With the anticipation that the demand for Electric Trucks will increase and our customers will have more requirements, we want to reinforce the current team to work in this exciting area to support our future growth.
The role of the Product Manager Electric Counterbalanced Trucks will include:
Be the focal point of contact in Toyota and sales channels to develop their understanding on capabilities, configuration of our ranges.
Develop product training materials for our products to explain the features and benefits of our offer and ensure this is effectively understood by salespeople and our customers.
Develop sales tools to support these features towards sales and customers.
Support Key Accounts directly on important customer opportunities.
Provide competitor benchmarking to show where we have competitive advantage.
Understand the performance of your range of products in terms of sales and market share and make recommendations to implement ideas to improve our share.
Support with feedback from our customers and sales channels on feature improvement for our range to support future products with the Product Planning Manager and R&D.
The role will include key interactions with:
Our customers, besmall or large Key accounts and understanding their needs.
Our sales channels of owned Sales companies and independent distributors and dealers across Europe.
Key stakeholders on European and country level to include Product, Sales, Marketing responsibles.
Our European Product Management team based in Sweden, Belgium and Bologna.
Our European and Global R&D departments, based in Sweden, Bologna and Japan.
You have experience or interest in material handling equipment/ vehicle industry.
You have experience in working with customers/ end users/ sales companies in a support, problem solving role.
You have good analytical skills / communication skills and you are able to demonstrate this at interview.
You are structured in how you organise your work.
You are able to multitask on a number of projects/ tasks at given moments.
You are able to work well in a cross functional role, working with people in different functions, levels in the company and in different countries to get the job done.
You have good English skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of Italian or additional language is useful.
