Product Manager:We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings by developing a clear and compelling product vision, conducting comprehensive market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This role involves defining product roadmaps, managing product launches, and continuously refining our products based on user feedback and performance analytics. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy in line with the company's overall product portfolio and goals. Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's development timeline and key milestones.Market Research & Product Requirements Definition: Conduct market research and analysis to identify product personas, customer needs, market trends, market segmentation and competitive landscape. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features and requirements.Product Feedback & Post-Launch Product Lifecycle Management: Gather and analyze user feedback and usage data to make data-driven decisions for product improvements.Development Oversight: Take ownership on measuring the product performance and monitor delivery towards the product specification as well as integration into the product roadmap.Product Analytics: Responsibility for creating and sharing the main insights about customer usage. These KPIs must represent the quantitative overview of the Company KPIs and should be monitored and updated.Product Documentation: Ownership in the creation and updating of product related contents including, census, backlog, bug, business needs, MKT contents, resources, and other. Qualifications / SkillsRelevant degree in a related field (Computer Science, Business, Economics, etc.).Technical background and solid understanding of the software development cycle and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).Strong experience using PM tools and knowledge of product metrics is a must.Professional proficiency in English is a must.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams with a proactive and pragmatic solution-seeking mindset.
