For our plant in Florence, we are looking for a Product Industrialization Manager - Mechanics . Responsibilities: Lead the Mechanical Industrialization Department, defining its objectives and evaluating the performance of the team. Manage and develop internal resources by promoting the development of professional and personal skills. Manage new product introduction in Production, supporting the design for manufacturing rules and developing the necessary production processes (tools, instructions, trainings). Guarantee the continuous improvement of serial production processes, improve quality and reduce serial production costs. Ensure, in collaboration with the safety department, the correct application of safety regulations and company quality procedures. Define the site industrial CAPEX investments, in accordance with industrial strategies. Experience and Skills Required: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 10 years of experience in a mechanical factory as Manufacturing Engineer. Consolidated knowledge and experience on machining technologies and superficial/heat treatments. Professional knowledge of English. Experience in ergonomic principles, process engineering, design of assembly and testing lines. Ability to lead the industrialization team, to solve problems and to apply decisional processes (perform analysis and propose new solutions). Attitude to work in a team and to collaborate with various departments (i.e. quality, manufacturing, design, supply chain) and suppliers.
