As the Product Graphics Production Designer, you will help our teams bring on-product graphics and regulatory markings/labeling to life across multiple product categories including but not limited to mobile, home, and devices.

This role is located in Taiwan. Key Responsibilities: Produce the design and layout of pertinent on-product marking/labeling for Client Design Teams - markings including but not limited to regulatory markings (i.e. certification numbers, serial number, country codes, date, etc.), product labels, typography on keyboards (across multiple countries) and user interface icons.Obtain input from cross-functional partners (Industrial designers, graphic designers, regulatory/compliance, and/or engineers) to ensure that designs meet industrial design/organizational standards along with compliance.Work independently as well as cooperatively with design and engineering teams to meet deadlines. Schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include 8 or more simultaneous projects.Update and maintain internal artwork files for product graphics team.Manage the design and uploading process for all project artwork materials, based on best practices for keeping internal/external drives organized.Work closely with design and production staff to ensure creative specifications are met. An eye for detail and copy standards is required to execute subsequent versions with little supervision from designers.Work closely with Design Production Lead, Localization Team, and Program Managers to ensure project goals, details, and deadlines are met.Experience reviewing and approving mechanicals for accuracy.Adhere to brand graphic standards and comply with server structure for all files: follow processes and policies as outlined in the studio manual, or as specified by the Design Production Manager.Ownership of projects including managing a Localization team as needed.Prioritize projects and deadlines, as needed.Knowledge, Skills + Experience: Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent practical experience.4 years of experience in product design or UX, and working in graphic design within the consumer electronics industry.Knowledge of working with varied materials: plastic, metal, fabric, rubber, wood, etc.Proven ability to make decisions, troubleshoot, negotiate and influence decisions; effective and respectful communication skills.Conflict Management: approaches conflicts as opportunities; understands others without difficulty; able to find common ground while retaining the integrity of their own position.Ability to work within a team environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Expert-level knowledge of Adobe CC, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Google Workspace in the Mac OS.Self-motivated team player; must be able to work at a high level with minimal supervision.Great organizational skills, both physically and electronically; able to prioritize and manage their own time, assist other staff in prioritizing projects and work closely with other business partners to ensure timely transfer of project materials to the production studio.Design skills adequate to executing iterative mechanical versions effectively.Must be able to interpret as well as communicate creative direction and revisions to production partners.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.Ability to flexibly thrive in ambiguity and operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, rapidly changing work environment.
