The Product Go to Market is placed within the Product Innovation & Development function and reports hierarchically to Product Management Director Glass.
The Product Go To Market is responsible for launching products to market (product portfolio).The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.
Release and promote product portfolio (existing and new) in each market in2.
based on product strategy and opportunities.3.
Provide value proposition training to local sales and technology application teams in line with product strategy.4.
Provide market feedback analysis to support product managers (competitive benchmarks, losing/ winning negotiations, market constraints) to improve product portfolio segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
ACTIVITIES ? Management of the existing product list? Managing the market launch of a new product ( New - New & Old New)? Interface with countries to share portfolio strategy.
REQUIREMENTS Qualifications, education, trainingBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Automation/ etc.Experience's years- 3-5 years previous experience in the role- Strong analytical and critical thinking- Good presentation and communication skills- Team working skills
