YOUR ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, and detail-oriented Product Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency and profitability of our product engineering processes and workflows. This position involves strategic analysis, solution design, and implementation to drive innovation and excellence within our Product Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure, within the product engineering perimeter, the agreed timings with the customers, through initial involvement in the project of all necessary entities, drafting a robust schedule, and rigorous follow-up of activities, interfacing with various departments, and managing conflicts and priorities to ensure perfect execution and results aligned with expectations. Conduct strategic analysis of engineering processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Design and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Utilize data, models, simulations, and algorithms to identify bottlenecks, waste, and risks in the product engineering team workflow/activities. Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and PE teams to understand their needs and constraints, ensuring that solutions align with organizational objectives. Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, measure outcomes against KPIs, and make necessary adjustments based on performance data and feedback. Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations to document the value and impact of solutions, ensuring clear communication and buy-in from all parties. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and creativity within the Product Engineering team. Facilitate collaboration between different departments, ensuring that solutions align with broader organizational goals. Emphasize the use of data, models, and simulations to drive decision-making and solution development, promoting a culture of evidence-based practices. Ensure that product engineering practices/procedures adhere to industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. Profile: Master's degree in electronics, management engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in statistics, data analysis tools, GANTT, and Microsoft Office suite. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
