We are looking for a PRODUCT ENGINEER COORDINATOR on behalf of a prestigious company operating in the Aerospace, Naval, Railway, and Energy sectors.
Responsibilities and Activities: Defining guidelines for design and industrialization methods, technological development, pre-sales, and enhancing the strengths of collaborators by supporting them and building their growth path.Specific activities include:Ensuring technical support for sales and development of application solutions for customers in the pre-project activities.Coordinating the product development process and defining the implementation plan (road map) based on company objectives.Coordinating and evaluating team members and their performance, drafting skills development plans.Supporting Production in industrialization processes, new production launches, and technical assistance.Ensuring quality standards during estimation, design, and industrialization phases.Promoting continuous improvement activities for technical and business processes in synergy with other functions.Coordinating welding certification activities.Technical Requirements: Degree in Engineering, preferably Aerospace or Mechanical.Experience with CAD software.Considered a plus: knowledge of structural and fluid dynamics calculations with FEM simulation, in-depth knowledge of metallurgy of metallic materials (stainless steels, superalloys, etc.), specific knowledge of fluid conveyance systems in Aerospace, Naval, Automotive, and general industrial contexts.Excellent command of English.Strong problem-solving skills, results orientation, and teamwork abilities.Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, results orientation, effective teamwork, relational skills, determination.
