Product Development Support

As part of our Product Management service this position will report to the Product Manager Equipment and will contribute to streamline and optimise the product development process by providing functional support to the product development Team in their daily tasks and duties.
**Main activities and accountabilities**:
Data entry for all product technical sheets in the PDM (Centric)
Input and manage projects on project management software and other platforms used by the team
Report periodically online consumer reviews
Collate, analyse and share competitor price lists
Collaborate with QHSA team to ensure products are compliant with required standards
Manage and coordinate sample orders and shipments with logistic team, ensuring timely delivery
Manage, organize and maintain the samples archive
Assist the rest of the team in process optimisations
Manage and track proto sample shipments between partners and suppliers
Manage and co ordinate product display set ups and removal
Proactively interact with the product team in the development process bringing insight, feedbacks, ideas
Any other duties as required for the successful delivery of the product or project
**Requirements**:
Fluent in English both spoken and written (French and/or German knowledge will be a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS-Excel
Analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a team
Open minded and flexible
Ability to manage deadlines and pressure from time to time
Be an active person, keen on sport (competing in sport of choice would be bonus)
