- ** THE ROLE**:
- Support and manage issues at Vehicle assembly Plant (Hermosillo) for Transmission, driveline and brakes
- Attend and support functional quality meetings.
- Lead vehicle line efforts to achieve the vehicle line functional quality objectives and cost avoidance for Driveline, brakes & transmissions related.
Ensure all countermeasures are documented.
- Manage the change.
Run functional trials, evaluate, and validate supplier's changes and engineering changes, implement engineering changes for Fuel, Cooling and HVAC systems, handle shortages and temporary deviations.
- Shared responsibilities with new model launch leaders, own launch role for low complexity launches, for Ford Vehicles at Hermosillo plant.
- Develop Presentations and supports quality forums including management for assigned powertrain systems.
- Lead Transmissions, Brakes and Brakes systems, emerging stop ships for Hermosillo vehicle lines.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:
- 3+ years Vehicle Assembly Plant Chassis Systems Related.
- Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering Degree.
- Understanding of automotive operations and manufacturing processes.
- Gains cooperation, support, and commitment from coworkers without relying on formal.
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and components function.
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Capacity to work well under stress situations.
- A strong feeling for the customer needs and the urge to improve quality.
- Takes the initiative and finds innovative ways to solve problems and produce results.
- Capacity to deliver effective work in a team environment to solve difficult problems with a positive attitude.
- Microsoft Office management (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- English proficiency.
