About the Role: You will be attached to the Product Design Team under the supervision of the Lead Product Designer.
Your role will be to: Design new features and improvements of the DiliTrust Governance Suite alongside Product Managers, assisting the product team in finding the best solutions to address real problems faced by our clients.
Identify and prioritize user pain points during user research, preparing and conducting user interviews to identify key problems to solve.
Oversee the design of each solution of your squad on a quarterly basis, applying UX/UI best practices and creating efficient user journeys, low-def and hi-def mockups, and prototypes.
Design solutions using a Design system and maintain and evolve it.
Collaborate with Product Managers during the delivery phase, overseeing the review of your solutions before release.
Contribute to building and developing DiliTrust's design system to standardize the user experience across our product suite, with some knowledge of mobile design.
Measure the effectiveness and impact of your solutions.
Conduct usability tests and customer interviews to assess the relevance of your solutions, establishing KPIs for their success and measuring their impact.
Profile required: You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer specializing in UX/UI in a SaaS company.
You are curious, empathetic, and motivated to bring the best solutions to users.
You can manage your work time and establish your priorities.
You are fluent in English; fluency in French and Italian is a big added value.
You master Figma.
