We are currently looking for a Product Designer who can contribute creativity and expertise to the success of our multichannel platform, InTouch.Who we are looking forThe ideal candidate is a creative and strategic individual with proven experience in digital product design and a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) dynamics.
You will be the point of reference for the visual and functional aspects of our products, taking care of every detail from concept to launch.
Your goal will be to create smooth, intuitive, and engaging user experiences, ensuring a strong connection between business objectives and user needs.Key Responsibilities:User Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth user and market research to understand their needs, expectations, and behaviors, translating this information into effective design solutions.Collaboration in Definition and Development: Work closely with Project Managers from the early ideation stages, contributing to the definition and design of new product features and solutions.
You'll integrate into the company's project management workflows, supporting decision-making with innovative design proposals.Prototyping and Visualization of Ideas: Create and iterate wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, ensuring that the design aligns with business strategy and that solutions are technically feasible.Usability Development and Testing: Collaborate with the development team and Product Managers to implement design solutions, conducting usability tests to validate interactions and optimize the product while ensuring continuous communication and timely feedback.Monitoring Product Performance: Analyze post-launch performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and new features to ensure continuous evolution.Proficiency in the following:Solid experience in digital product design, preferably in complex, multichannel contexts, with at least 3 years of experience.Excellent knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a strong ability to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces.A deep understanding of UX and UI design principles, with a user-centered approach and industry best practices.Familiarity with user research processes, usability testing, and data analysis to optimize design project effectiveness.Ability to work in cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills between developers and stakeholders.Advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoken.We value soft skills such as problem-solving aptitude, strong communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail, results orientation, as well as engagement and commitment to the company's philosophy and business objectives.The proposed position will be commensurate with the professional experience and the salary in line with the real skills of the candidates.
