We are - The NFT platform for Luxury brands.
We are convinced that the progressive migration of our social life to the Metaverse will only accelerate.
In an era of conscious consumerism, and overall saturation, the Metaverse opens vast opportunities for Luxury Brands to develop a new business segment around digital assets and connect with an entire new generation of users.
We are on a mission to help Brands enter this new market, while providing fans with a reference marketplace to purchase, trade, and showcase NFTs issued by Luxury brands.
In essence, We sit at the intersection of Luxury, and 3 generation-defining trends: gaming, blockchain and metaverse.
We are formed in July 2021 by a team of serial entrepreneurs with deep backgrounds in crypto and luxury.
We raised a €2.2m seed round in August from several venture capital investors, including Tioga Capital, White Star, Indico Capital, Shilling, as well as prominent business angels such as Formula E champion Félix da Costa.
And we are incorporated in Portugal, with most of our team located in the Lisbon / Cascais area.
But we also have team members working from the US, France and Switzerland - we are a remote-first company.
We are looking for talented and motivated people who are willing to support the company structuration for growth and success while keeping growing their own skills.
The Product Designer will be part of the Product Team and work side-by-side with the engineering team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Explore and participate in our company's design solutions across the entire product lifecycle, from finding opportunities to designing and validating solutions.
- Participate in the discussion on UX and UI strategy and implementation by letting our customers lead the way.
- Focus on understanding how to improve our customers' experience.
- Work closely with our product and engineering teams to maximize the value of what is delivered.
- Take full ownership of your projects and responsibilities for every detail, every step of the way with attention to detail to make sketches and prototypes.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years' experience producing high quality designs that lead to measurable business and customer impact.
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional quality in product design.
- Contributions to multiple shipped products.
- Experience in strategising and executing with product and engineering teams.
- Persuasive communicator - able to explain complex or intangible concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Good listener - weighs input from multiple perspectives when forming opinions and recommendations.
- Ability to perform interface design critiques and supply objective feedback to fellow designers.
- Collaborative and team-oriented work approach.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design processes and ability to balance customer needs with business goals in developing solutions.
- Experience conducting and leveraging user research.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems is a plus.
- Animation skills are a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in Portuguese and/or French is a plus.
