About the role: About the role: We are building an accounting & finance software that will be industry defining and we are looking for a product designer to shape the vision, product strategy and user experience of Rillet.
You'll be working closely with the founders, the current design lead, product and engineering to build an accounting & finance software that will be industry defining.
The role is remote first with opportunities to travel for team events.
We have offices in New York and Barcelona if you prefer in-office work.
You will: Drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and wireframing to UI design Work closely with the CEO, CTO, product and engineering to define both the short-term tactical goals and long-term vision Enhance the design system for Rillet Understand the array of user goals, business requirements and technical constraints that shape our product Pull inspiration from various sources to invent new interaction paradigms in finance & accounting You are a good fit for this role if you: Are comfortable with all stages of the design process, from discovery to delivery You have the ability to understand and visualize complex systems, from financial concepts to design system components You challenge the status quo and bring in inspiration from various sources Embrace ambiguity and are willing to take on tasks outside your comfort zone.
