About the role: About the role:We are building an accounting finance software that will be industry defining and we are looking for a product designer to shape the vision, product strategy and user experience of Rillet. You'll be working closely with the founders, the current design lead, product and engineering to build an accounting finance software that will be industry defining. The role is remote first with opportunities to travel for team events. We have offices in New York and Barcelona if you prefer in-office work. You will:Drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and wireframing to UI designWork closely with the CEO, CTO, product and engineering to define both the short-term tactical goals and long-term visionEnhance the design system for RilletUnderstand the array of user goals, business requirements and technical constraints that shape our productPull inspiration from various sources to invent new interaction paradigms in finance accountingYou are a good fit for this role if you:Are comfortable with all stages of the design process, from discovery to deliveryYou have the ability to understand and visualize complex systems, from financial concepts to design system componentsYou challenge the status quo and bring in inspiration from various sourcesEmbrace ambiguity and are willing to take on tasks outside your comfort zone.
