As a Product & Delivery manager - Credit Risk, you'll play a pivotal role in building solutions that safeguard our business from the evolving risks associated with our payments. You will lead the effort in designing products that harness real-time payment data, external credit bureau insights, and advanced analytics to reduce exposure to fraud and credit defaults in our payment ecosystem. This is your opportunity to collaborate with top-tier teams including engineers, data scientists, data engineers, machine learning experts, and external vendors, ensuring our credit risk products are robust, scalable, and tailored to the fast-paced world of payments. You'll explore new technologies and innovations to help businesses better manage payment-related risks, from transaction-level fraud detection to credit risk exposure across merchants and partners. What you'll be doing: Lead the development of credit risk products that identify, assess, and mitigate credit risk of our merchants. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build real-time risk management tools. Design credit risk monitoring solutions that prevent merchant defaults and minimize exposure. Identify and integrate external credit bureau data to enhance risk evaluation for merchants. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through launch, ensuring products are timely, innovative, and meet market needs. Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate business requirements into actionable product features. Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory shifts, ensuring our credit risk solutions evolve with the changing landscape of payments. What you'll bring: 6 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in Product Management in a technology business. Ability to lead product teams with multiple stakeholders. A demonstrated history of strong performance in product discovery and product delivery. Experience defining longer-term strategy and aligning with senior management. Ability to gather insights, conduct market research, and perform competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. You use data not only to understand performance but to steer decisions and drive performance. Experience driving the product roadmap, setting clear objectives, and prioritizing feature enhancements.
