Works in partnership with Supply Chain Team, developing and implementing effective controlling activities, processes and tools as well as providing valuable financial insights and recommendations for decision-making, propose and support initiative to reduce cost, enhance efficiency and mitigate risks over Supply chain value.Your MissionBusinessPartnering Participate in the definition of the Industrial strategy, budgeting, planning by providing insights on the financial implications and cost impactEnsure end to end Supply Chain P&L management from strategic planning to execution, with regular follow up with different stakeholders, define and monitor actions plan to reach the targetEnsure proper consolidation and understanding of Supply Chain Performance data, financials, and non-financialsSupply chain performance: industrial, Labor efficiency, Material productivity direct and indirectProduct manufacturing costs and quality, analysis, Benchmark, New Product Launch impactsFactories utilization, Opex analysisCapex Management: Investment/DivestmentInventories Management: Cash flow analysisSupport decisions with high quality financial expertiseDevelop the financial acumen across the Supply Chain community, advice and challenge the different stakeholders to develop their ownership on the financial area and maximize the overall efficiency of our Industrial operationsInterface with central / regional / portfolio, others business organization to improve the reliability and availability of financial reporting and measurements on Equipment Transformation Define and Improve the SupplyChain Profit and LossImplement a productivity Toolwith Year-on-Year analysis on Changes, improve transparency and create thetrust with our business stakeholdersSimplify and create thebridge with the business performance and Group P&LLead and drive the digitalFinance transformation in our supply chain siteParticipate to One Finance Programme:Speed our digitization journey , implement RPA, BA, BIYour ProfileMaster degree or equivalent in FinanceA Minimum of 5 years' experience in ControllingStrong controlling technical skills, solid knowledge of International FinancialReporting Standers (IFRS) accounting principlesExperience in SAP FI/CO (Finance/ Controlling) in an international andindustrial groupKnowledge of controlling processes & business planning principlesKnowledge and/or experience of digital technologies (RPA, blockchain, BA) is anadvantageStrong interpersonal skills, team playerAbility to work in a matrix organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
