Product Compliance Specialist
We are looking for a Product Compliance Specialist to join our headquarters in Florence and be part of the Quality & Product ESG Department, reporting to the Director. This role involves:
Acting as a point of contact for all corporate initiatives necessary for regulatory compliance on ESG.
Collaborating with the Sustainability office on ESG issues like product footprint reduction, eco-design, waste reduction, and circularity.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with the Sustainability and Legal teams to understand impacts of new regulatory contexts.
Plan business strategies for regulatory compliance within legal timescales.
Coordinate various company offices for compliance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for reducing environmental impact.
Ensure compliance with product traceability regulations and client communication.
Develop KPIs for circularity and sustainability, monitor progress, and share outcomes with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Degree in management engineering, economics, or related field.
3 years of similar role experience, fashion/luxury sector experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Office, especially Excel.
Good written and spoken English skills.
