Tyvak International, a Terran Orbital company, is seeking a motivated Product Assurance / Quality Assurance Officer. You will become part of a growing Product and Quality Assurance team, a collaborative team to develop innovative nano-satellite vehicle solutions for multiple projects, ensuring a high-quality level of the spacecrafts. The individual will be responsible for managing the PA tasks and activities during the full program lifecycle, starting from design to in-orbit operations. The PA/QA Officer will work in close contact with the programs' technical team and Program Manager, Institutional and Commercial Customers, and External Providers, in a fast-paced environment for both active Programs and Proposals.

Specific tasks may include: Support and oversight the Assembly, Integration and Test activities of spacecraftsParticipation in Customer Project reviews (PDR, CDR, QAR, etc.)Preparation and management of Key and Mandatory Inspection Points (KIP/MIP) during AITPreparation, implementation, and maintenance of product and quality assurance policies and proceduresTailoring of the ECSS-Q based on the mission-specific objectives and requirementsOversight of PA processes implementation in Program's activities, including internal auditing activitiesManagement of Non-conformances, deviations, critical items control and Quality records generationPreparation of PA/QA documentation for program reviews (Declared Lists, Nonconformance reports, Mission-Specific PA Plans, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Safety Data Package, etc.)Continuous improvement of Design, Assembly and Quality Processes and proceduresGuide the selection, evaluation and control of External Providers, and generate a Mechanical Parts, Materials, Processes and Components control processes in accordance with the required standards for the specific projectAdaptability to work in a small team environment closely with hardware, software, mechanical, and systems engineers, to ensure effective and efficient processesAdditional duties on quality matters may be assigned as neededNOTE: Vacancy is expected to be filled in no more than 30 calendar days from the completion of the hiring process. Requirements:1-5 years of working experience as PA or Quality Engineer/Officer or equivalent roleBachelor's/MSc degree in Aerospace Engineering, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering is mandatory with no experience in the roleIn case of candidates without a degree, a previous experience of maximum 5 years in PA/QA role is necessary, specifically in the activities detailed in this jobPrevious experience in aerospace, automotive, or engineering industries in process designing and managing Quality Management SystemKnowledge of the ECSS-Q standards and Quality Standards (ISO9001, AS/EN9100, etc.) is considered a plusFamiliarity with spacecraft and/or launch vehicle control systems, Small satellite or CubeSat experience, is strongly preferableFamiliarity with standard industrial quality control tools, or Atlassian suite is a plusProficient use of written and oral English languageGood communications skills and teamwork spiritAnalytical abilities, aptitude for critical thinking and a rigorous attention to detailStrong problem solving and stress management skillsAvailability for short national and/or international travelFlexibility and ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.Benefits:Salary and benefits are EU market competitive and include Welfare, Benefits, Private Insurance, Flexible working Hours.
