**1 - Position **:Project PA Manager - Institutional

**3 - Job Description**:
The incumbent represents the Customer within an Institutional Project for all Quality related matters, and as such she/he will
- Establish and maintain appropriate interface with the Customer Quality representative, for all relevant PA matters
- Ensure that Project PA activities are carried out in compliance to Company Quality Management System, Standards and Regulations, and Contract Requirements
- Represent the privileged interface for the Project Management team for all relevant PA matters
- Establish the Project PA Plan (if applicable), in accordance to the PA requirements, and ensure that it is correctly implemented throughout the Project
- Coordinate the activities of the Project Quality team, ensuring that the PA Plan is correctly flowed down at all levels, internally and towards external suppliers
- Prepare selected Quality documents under her/his responsibility, and verify other project Quality documents
- Ensure a proper reporting of Quality aspects towards the Customer, the PMO and the management
- Control technology validations and hardware and component qualification according to the Development Plan
- Ensure the participation to (internal and Customer) Project meetings and reviews as relevant, providing Quality contribution whenever necessary
- Monitor the expenditures of the Quality team on the Project, and highlight / discuss discrepancies with the Quality team and the PM as necessary
- Ensure that lessons learnt are formalized, capitalized & promoted
- Exercise the duty of alerts and the right of vetoes according to existing processes
- Ensure that all Risk Management processes are well executed, and provide proactive contributions
- Ensure that continuous improvement processes are in place and implemented
- Ensure that all processes related to NC's management are in place and implemented, internally, within suppliers and towards the Customer

**5 - Required Experiences and Skills**
- 10 years' experience in the Space Domain
- 5 years in Quality (preferably as Project / Product PA)
- Knowledge of ECSS
- Fluency in English
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Capability to effectively coordinate and delegate
- Proactivity, open-mindedness
