Key duties:
- Assessment of Quality Requirements in line with app licable SoW / Project Quality Assurance requirement s
- Definition of Product Assurance and Quality Require ments, Plans and Documents (e.g.
P.A Plan, QSL, CIL )
- Managing Non conformances in line with Quality K.P.
Is
- Validating outcomes from engineering activities (dr awings, documents, etc.)
- To rise eventual RFW, RFD and RFA towards customer requirements when applicable
- To participate in program reviews and contribute to the requested Data Package according to the SoW (EQSR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, PTR, TRB, QR, DRB..)
- To monitor the manufacturing, integration and test activities at mandatory and key inspection points ( MIP & KIP)
- To coordinate the Quality Engineering disciplines a nd their outputs/actions: - RAMS (e.g.
FMEA, Reliability, Safety Analysis) - M&P (e.g.
DML, DPL, DMPL, SMT RFA, MPCB) - EEE Parts (e.g.
DCL, As Built DCL, PCB) - Radiation (e.g.
RCB, Radiation Analysis) - SW P.A (e.g.
SPR, - Product certifications (CoC, End Item Data Package, REACH) Skills, experience and qualification required:
- Able to act as direct interface with customer for a ll quality topics
- Strong motivation (passion) in working in space bus iness is duly considered - Good will in working in multinational context and p rojects
- Attitude to problem solving
- 5 years-experience minimum as PA in space industry or 10 years with the same qualification in similar sectors (aeronautics, railways etc.
).
- Very good Knowledge of the ECSS Q-series standards - Knowledge of the ISO9001:2015 standard - Working level fluency in English (written and spoke n) - Good Knowledge of the MS Office tools in MS Windows environment - Experience or Certification for PCB inspection acco rding to ECSS are a plus.
