The R&D department is looking for a Product Architect in Monza site

In your role you will:
- Develop, Setup, Maintain and update design drawing database & tools for usage by the team-
- Be the contact person for the product design team for the implementation of new PDM/PLM systems-
- Actively work on the maintenance of existing PDM/PLM systems by updating the archived documentation package-
- Assist the team in the proper archiving of existing documentation, coding documents appropriately according to internal quality standards-
- Ensure proper interaction between existing and newly introduced PLM/PDM systems-
- Be the guide for the definition of a standard way of handling products developed and manufactured in different Alfa Laval plants-
- Use computer-aided drafting (CAD), Auto Cad, Inventor, etc. to develop P&ID, layouts, drawings, and design in 2D and 3D-
- Develop, Setup, Maintain and update design drawing database & tools for usage by the team-
- Draft of P&ID, layout and detail drawings for projects, based on the process engineer requirements and on the specific project adaptations-
- Perform simple system design tasks (pipe sizing, etc.)-
- Support product development and members in projects-
- Be required to participate in various project teams, which can be cross functional.What you know- Engineer will be an asset-
- Proved knowledge and experience working in a structured company-
- Experience in designing mechanical parts and assembly (piping, carpentries, skid, machined parts)-
- Good knowledge of Autodesk Design Suite (AutoCad, Inventor, Vault)-
- Fluent written and spoken English-
- Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter PDM/PLM will be an advantage.
