Our customer is an important Italian company operating in the trucks and machinery field, part of an international group.
For the implementation of their Sales Team, we are looking for a Product and Technical Support.
Posizione: Main tasks: With the goal of overall customer satisfaction, develop a complex framework of technical support for the customers on the Attachments; Ensure profitable technical assistance; Monitor KPIs; Deliver training and ensure high standards of quality for the products and the service; Visit customers in case of technical matters to achieve the right solution.
Requisiti: The ideal candidate fits the following requirements: Experience (around 3 - 5 years) in similar roles in the CE/AG business – preferred on the Attachments products; Technical Degree or Diploma; Fluent in English; Knowledge of the German language is a preferred requirement.
