Product And Technical Support

Our customer is an important Italian company operating in the trucks and machinery field, part of an international group.

For the implementation of their Sales Team we are looking for a Product and Technical Support.

Main tasks:


With the goal of the overall customer satisfaction, to develop a complex framework of technical support for the customers on the Attachments;To ensure a profitable technical assistance;To monitor KPIs;To deliver training and to ensure high standard of quality for the products and the service;To visit customers in case of technical matters in order to achieve the right solution.Requisiti:

The ideal candidate fits the following requirements:


Experience (around 3 - 5 years) in similar roles in the CE/AG business – preferred on the Attachments products;Technical Degree or Diploma;Fluent in English;The knowledge of German language is a preferred requirement.Altre informazioni:
