Product And Technical Support

Our customer is an important Italian company operating in the trucks and machinery field, part of an international group.

For the implementation of their Sales Team, we are looking for a Product and Technical Support.


Posizione: Main tasks:

With the goal of overall customer satisfaction, develop a complex framework of technical support for the customers on the Attachments; Ensure profitable technical assistance; Monitor KPIs; Deliver training and ensure high standards of quality for the products and the service; Visit customers in case of technical matters to achieve the right solution. Requisiti: The ideal candidate fits the following requirements:

Experience (around 3 - 5 years) in similar roles in the CE/AG business – preferred on the Attachments products; Technical Degree or Diploma; Fluent in English; Knowledge of the German language is a preferred requirement. Altre informazioni: Location: nearby Cesena (FC)
