Set up and apply client processes (production green light, Chronomap and Last-fit).
Follow the geometric monitoring plan of the sector (3D measurement).
Manage the respect of the schedule and the good geometric level regarding milestones targets.
Alert the project in case of significant deviation (escalation process).
Share the progress of geometric convergence with partners whether they are client, suppliers or partners.
