Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive improvements in the production of Apparatus Medium Voltage product in the ELDS Electrification Products. Reporting to the Industrialization Manager, your focus will be on monitoring and optimizing the process and tools, through innovation and digitalization in a cost-effective way. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid. This role contributes to the Distribution Solutions Division within the Electrification Business Area in Dalmine. You will be mainly accountable for:Monitoring profitability of products such as EBIT, Marginality based on technical competences.Data analysis and processing with reporting in graphs and tables.Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implementing improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality and cost requirements.Developing and maintaining VBA applications and databases to automate repetitive tasks and speed up workflow.Product Cost calculation and estimation.Ensuring optimal efficiency in production methods, equipment performance and materials/components.Identifying and implementing improvements to the manufacturing process in line with cost, safety and timing requirements.Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction, coordinating the necessary activities. Qualifications for the role Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Management or Energy Engineering.You are qualified in mechanical processing and assembly.You possess knowledge of general accounting principles such as EBIT, Marginality, cost center composition, cost allocation, etc.You possess a deep knowledge of SAP and the ability to estimate components.You are highly skilled in Excel and PowerBI and a basic programming language.You have the ability to analyze and process data and an aptitude for using software.You have the ability in reporting and in creating graphs and tables.You have the willingness to work in a team and with different stakeholders. You have good communication and interpersonal skills.You are at ease communicating in English and Italian, both written and spoken. More about us
