Procurement Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover) Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between our company and suppliers Identify and qualify potential suppliers based on specific project requirements Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers to achieve the most favorable outcomes Process purchase orders efficiently and accurately Work closely with the legal and finance departments to ensure contracts meet all legal requirements and align with budgetary constraints Attend meetings with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience working in the procurement department A degree in Geometery or Built Engineering (or a similar relevant field) Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English A working knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry and market trends is a plus Location: Milan, Italy
