Purpose of Position:The aim is to ensure the consistent and informed management of purchasing activities and related administrative processes to cover the absence of a colleague on maternity leave.
Description of the main activities / responsibilities:

Purchasing of materials for the office
Administration
Back-office activities:
Contracts lifecycle management and data entry
Statistics and reporting preparation
Powerpoint presentation
Front-office activities:
Negotiations of certain packaging materials
Indirect services and products scouting and buying

Requierements:

Education:High school diploma
Professional Skills:knowledge of principal negotiation methods.
Experience:2+ years of related experience in purchasing or similar roles (administrative)
Language Skills:Proficient English is mandatory. A second language (French / German) knowledge is preferred.
Computer Skills:MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
Behavioural Requirements:Precision and attention to details, organizational skills, communication skills, multitasking.
